Holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate), and ATS (Auction Technology Specialist) certifications which are the highest in the auction industry. J.J. opened the branch office of Ayers Auction and Real Estate in Oneida, Tn. In 1996.
He has worked in the family real estate and auction business for 25 years. J.J. is a Lincoln Memorial University graduate. He is a past president of the Tenn. Auctioneers Association, a past board member, and a Hall of Fame inductee.

Hack and his wife, Tomi Ayers, began the company in 1957. He has been actively involved in the business for 50 years.
Hack has served as the National Auctioneers Association President, and is a Hall of Fame inductee. He also has served on the Church of God council for many years, he is a Rotarian and a Gideon.
Hack is one of the first to develop Norris Lake. He is responsible for most of the developments in the county.
Hack left this world for his eternal home on Jan. 08, 2020. He will be missed, but remembered always as our mentor, leader, and father. Tomi is a National Auctioneers Association Auxiliary past president and hall of fame member. Tomi has served in many capacities for auctions, including clerk, cashier, and ring person.
