That First National Bank is the lawful Assignee of Rice Oil Company, Inc, of a judgment entered in the above case#14622 against Lenville R. Byrd, that First National Bank became the lawful Assignee by instrument recorded on March 23rd, 2011 in Misc. book 177, page 589 Register's office Scott County, TN. That Lenville R. Byrd is deceased having expired intestate on January 21,2012; that subsequent to the entry of the original judgment, an Agreed Order of Sale was filed in court on December 14th, 2010 which provided for the sale of certain properties to satisfy the Judgment and that said agreed Sale never occured due to vafious Foreclosure proceedings; that the Judgement remains unpaid and First National Bank is the senior lien holder against Lenville R. f. Map 107, Parcel 054.01- 6.03 acres on Owens Rd tax appraisal $31,200.00
g. Map 107, Parcel 054.03- 12.45 acres on Owens Rd tax appraisal $35,100.00

that the Estate is currently being administered in the Probate Court for Scott County, Tennessee (File No. 2012-PR-7); that the sale should be conducted by the Sheriff of Scott County with the assistance of Ayers Auction & Real Estate and charge a 10% Buyers Premium and that the property be sold individually and then offered as a whole in order to secure the best price and that the property bbe sold subject the State of Tennessee's and the United States of America's right of redemption.
