Mr. George Roark has passed away and we have the honor of selling his well established service station, located in the heart of Oneida, TN., with 195 feet of road frontage on U.S. Hwy 27 (Alberta St.).
Service station has been an ongoing business since 1952, and moved to this location in 1965.
Building is concrete block with 1,560 sq. ft, paved lot, three glass overhead door
service bays, front office, 6 gas pumps, canopy, two outside entrance restrooms, and block storage building behind main building.
